Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us.
We’ll issue a full refund within 3 business days of confirming the cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds will go back to the original payment method once the return is received and approved—typically within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or mistakenly shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, digital goods, gift cards, and perishable or health/personal care products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Report defects or errors within 7 days of delivery.
